H&J Construction, Inc.

Started in 1973 by Donald Heer, his son Phil Heer, and Jim Jackson as a local underground utility contractor with one backhoe, one truck, and a few hard-working guys looking for a better future. The company has been building a reputation over the past 50 years as the leader in site work and underground utility infrastructure in the Willamette Valley.

Our History

Don Heer, co-founder of H&J Construction, Inc. discovered his love for construction when him and Denny started D&D Backhoe. After successful years at D&D, the company was sold and H&J Construction, Inc. was formed by Don and Phil Heer, and Jim Jackson.
